At The Salmon Atelier, every order is different. As a Production Operator, you help turn whole fresh salmon into a finished product made exactly to our customer’s specifications. You work alongside a close team and have a direct impact on the quality that leaves our atelier every day.

What you’ll do

You work hands on with our product throughout the production process. Depending on your role and experience, you will cut, trim, portion, check or pack salmon according to the customer’s specifications.

Who we’re looking for

Experience is welcome, but your attitude matters more. You like working with your hands, care about doing things properly and can work well as part of a team.
The work is physical and, because we work with fresh salmon, our production environment is cold. You should feel comfortable working in these conditions throughout your shift. You do not need a specific degree or background.

What you can expect

A place where your work matters. We are a relatively small team, so every role is important and your contribution is visible. There is room to learn, take on responsibility and grow. Many people who started on our production floor are now in leadership roles across the company.
Your schedule is clear: you work an early shift from 6:00 to 14:30, leaving the rest of your afternoon free.
