DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS.
THE SAME OPPORTUNITIES.
At The Salmon Atelier, there is no single type of person who fits in. Our team brings together different nationalities, backgrounds, genders, levels of education and work experience.
What matters to us is what you bring to the table. If you are motivated, willing to learn and ready to take responsibility, there is room to move forward, regardless of where you started.
Our team proves it. People have joined us with different backgrounds and levels of experience, learned the work on the floor and worked their way up. Many of them are now in leadership roles across the company.
Everyone is welcome. Everyone has the opportunity to grow.
